INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

This Report on Form 6-K is being furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the Commission) to report that on April 18, 2016, the Company received a letter from BNP Paribas, as agent for the lenders under the Company's US$165 million loan agreement dated as of July 22, 2015 (the Loan Agreement), advising the Company that it was not in compliance with the loan to value covenant contained in Section 16.1(b)(i) of the Loan Agreement.  The Loan Agreement was filed as Exhibit 4.23 to the Company's annual report on Form 20-F filed with the Commission on March 28, 2016.

The information contained in this Report on Form 6-K is hereby incorporated by reference into the Company's registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-205491) filed with the Commission with an effective date of July 21, 2015.
