Shyla Bham Enoul, Chef, Founder, and Owner at Lobster Banh Mi, was recently selected as the Top CEO of the Year 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and excellence within multiple businesses in the restaurant industry.
While being included in the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor, only a few members in each discipline are selected for this distinction. These special honors are distinguished based on their professional achievements, academic achievements, leadership abilities, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP annual awards ceremony for a night later this year to honor their achievements.
With almost three decades of professional experience in the restaurant industry, Shyla has certainly proven herself to be a genius and a visionary of her time. Ms. Enoul's successful career includes but is not limited to chef, founder, and owner of several successful restaurants in Virginia, Maryland, and Georgia. These restaurants include the pioneering French-Vietnamese sandwich shop Lobster Banh Mi, the Vietnamese noodle eatery John Pho' n Bar, and the original, the renowned Vietnam 75, which she has run since 1995. She is an expert in her field and has also been involved with Saigon Deli in Georgia. Ms. Enoul's establishments have been highlighted in The Atlanta-Journal Constitution on many occasions. Her restaurants were chosen as the Best in Hall County, Georgia, in 2020 and were also named Best of Atlanta in 2021 and 2022 by Atlanta Magazine.
Ms. Enoul received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from George Mason University in 1992. Shyla was certified to become a public accountant with the Virginia Board of Accounting in 1995. In 2010, she received a Doctor of Philosophy in metaphysical theology from the University of Metaphysical Sciences in Arcata, California. Ms. Enoul is pursuing a Master of Arts in international political relations at Queen Mary University of London and an Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Master of Science in leadership.
Throughout her illustrious career, Shyla has received awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership in the restaurant industry. This year she is being recognized for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) magazine and the Empowered Woman of the Year award from the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). This December, she will be honored as the Top CEO of the Year for 2023 at the IAOTP Annual Awards Gala at the iconic Plaza Hotel in NYC.
