Former Fresh Vine Wine executive sues company over attempted stock sale

A former executive of Fresh Vine Wine, a publicly traded winemaker that has its headquarters in Plymouth though some of its founders hail from Hollywood, says he's lost a potential seven-figure payout from restricted stock he received before leaving the company.
