General Mills sells Helper, Suddenly Salad businesses to Eagle Foods

General Mills Inc. said Wednesday it has sold its Helper and Suddenly Salad brands to Eagle Family Foods Group in a deal worth $610 million, the latest step in the Minnesota food company's effort to overhaul its brand portfolio.
