Chesapeake Bay Snacks, LLC (CBS) today announced it has entered into an agreement with national distribution company Mr. Checkout to distribute several lines of its products. After purchasing the 40-year-old desserts brand Koldkiss® in 2020, CBS has recently launched a new cocktail mixer line and a pancake syrup line, both oriented to the foodservice sector. While historically focused on manufacturing snow cone syrups and ice cream toppings at its Baltimore warehouse, these new products are a logical expansion for the company, helping to tap into the expansive beverage and breakfast markets. The initial launch of these products will include:
• Cocktail Mixers – The product line includes: Grenadine Syrup, Margarita Mix, Sweet & Sour Mix, and Simple Syrup, each served in one quart bottles. Future offerings will include Pina Colada and Strawberry Daiquiri.
• Pancake Syrup – An artificial maple flavored pancake syrup, served in a one-gallon plastic jug. Future offerings will include strawberry and blueberry flavored pancake syrups.
