SPACs aren’t dead, but they don’t look too healthy

A wave of blank-check deals ahead were definitely a last gasp ahead of the holiday weekend, but may also represent the last gasp of the overall gold rush in SPACs, after they came to a crashing halt earlier in the quarter.
