Effective immediately, York will join the IMA Financial Group of companies.

The York leadership team undertook an exhaustive process to find the best-suited partner for growth. Notes Chairman and CEO Robert Kestenbaum, “Ultimately, the board voted on IMA because of the firms’ shared values of independence, expansion, a client-first mentality and a strong ethos of protecting their most valuable assets – their associates.”
Continuing IMA’s successful legacy of sustainable growth, York International Agency, LLC, an IMA Company, will retain its Westchester County office and its employee-owners and clients, who will now have access to IMA’s resources and specialty expertise as well as the organization’s investment in technology to provide enhanced services and products to their clients.
