A Philippines Labour Market Profile 2025/2026 notes several sectors in the country are facing significant talent shortages, with IT being one of the most impacted. In their latest report, TTEC breaks down the most in-demand roles in tech and IT, outlining associated core responsibilities, key qualifications, and salary expectations.
