Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Miles Mediation & Arbitration (Miles), the largest alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider in the Southeast, has acquired Approved Dispute Resolution, LLC, an ADR firm based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Lori Adelson, founder of Approved Dispute Resolution, will also be joining Miles, strengthening its employment and complex disputes practice.

With a distinguished background in employment, civil rights, and complex commercial/business disputes, Adelson brings decades of legal expertise, deep subject-matter knowledge, and an empathetic, results-driven approach that consistently delivers value to clients and counsel alike to her work at Miles.
