Haber Law Sees Continued Growth in 2022 with Q3 Partner Promotions and New Hires

With numerous Senior Associate and Associate hires, the promotion of Ariella Gutman to Partner and addition of Alexander Leon as Of Counsel, Haber Law is poised for continued expansion

MIAMI, Fla. — (September 15, 2022) — Haber Law, a renowned Miami boutique law firm, has seen a 25% increase in growth over the past six months, with recent new hires in all four of the Firm’s Departments, as well as notable promotions.

The Firm is pleased to announce Ariella Gutman’s promotion to Partner in the Litigation Department and Kara Olesky’s promotion to Senior Associate in the Construction Law Department.

Gutman joined the Firm in August of 2021. Her practice focuses on litigation matters, including contractual disputes for a multitude of businesses at all stages of their life cycle, complex commercial cases, business fraud, real estate litigation, partnership disputes and litigation specific to issues within the hospitality industry.

Kara Olesky joined the Firm in January 2021 and is experienced in handling a wide variety of matters in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Kara represents condominium associations, homeowners and property owners in matters concerning defective construction and design. In addition, Kara represents property owners, general contractors and subcontractors in contract negotiations and matters involving payment disputes, delay claims, insurance, and bond claims.

In addition, the Firm welcomed Jeremy Apisdorf as Senior Associate in the Condominium and HOA Law Department, Ashley Ginsburg as an Associate in the Litigation Department and Daniel Jovanov as a Senior Associate in the Construction Law Department.  The Firm also welcomes back Alexander Leon, who will be Of Counsel in the Real Estate/Transactional Law and Construction Law Departments. The Firm continues to expand in its four core practice areas.

  • Alexander G. Leon, Of Counsel. Alexander Leon’s practice focuses on representing local and international owners and developers in the design, construction, and development of a wide array of projects, including apartments, luxury high-rise condominiums, hotels, industrial, commercial/retail, and affordable housing. He also represents condominium associations in insurance, construction defect and contract disputes in State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Florida.
  • Jeremy Apisdorf, Senior Associate. Jeremy Apisdorf’s practice focuses primarily on Community Association Law, Delinquent Account Collection and Condominium and HOA litigation. During his 17 years of practice, Apisdorf assisted Community Associations, their Boards of Directors, and the Membership that they serve with resolving issues of varying complexity.
  • Daniel Jovanov, Senior Associate. Daniel Jovanov focuses his practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. He represents developers, contractors, owners, community associations, and suppliers in state court, federal court, and arbitration on matters such as lien claims, payment and performance bond claims, contract disputes, construction and design defect claims, delay claims, property disputes, replevin actions and claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Mr. Jovanov also has extensive experience representing clients with issues that arise in both public and private construction projects.
  • Ashley E. Ginsburg, Associate. Ashley E. Ginsburg’s practice focuses on a variety of commercial and complex business litigation matters, including contractual disputes for various individual and corporate entities, condominium association disputes, corporate and partnership disputes and dissolutions, business fraud and other business torts, as well as probate and other general civil liability matters.
