Performance Beauty Group Appoints New Leadership at Grande Cosmetics

A New President and Chief Visionary Officer Signals Global Growth & Industry Dominance

Grande Cosmetics, America’s number one lash and brow serum brand, today announced the appointment of Sabeen Mian as Brand President. Founder Alicia Grande is stepping into the role as the brand’s Chief Visionary Officer (CVO). Mian joins Grande Cosmetics following her successful two-year tenure as President of the Lash Division at Performance Beauty Group, Grande Cosmetics' parent company. In her expanded role, Mian will lead Grande Cosmetics alongside fellow Performance Beauty Group brands: Lilly Lashes, Velour Beauty, and FlutterHabit. Alicia Grande will continue to drive the brand's vision alongside Mian and spearhead growth and innovation.

“Stepping into the role at such a trusted and heritage beauty brand marks an exciting future for Performance Beauty Group’s Lash Division,” said Sabeen Mian, Grande Cosmetics President. “I’m eager to build upon the foundation built by Alicia Grande and work alongside her in this next chapter of innovation.”

Alicia Grande adds, “I will continue to serve as a North Star for the vision of the company as I pivot to Chief Visionary Officer. I remain committed to honoring our roots while driving continued innovation as the number one lash and brow serum brand in the United States. This transition, alongside Sabeen's appointment, reinforces Grande Cosmetics' position as an industry leader.”

Mian brings deep expertise in omni-channel commerce and strategic brand development. Her background includes senior leadership positions as President at Beauty Pie and multiple executive roles at IPSY. Throughout her career, she has built brands from the ground up, accelerated omnichannel expansion across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon, and optimized businesses for sustained success. Her approach—informed by an MBA from Harvard Business School, a dual BA in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University, and early experience in investment banking—reflects her commitment to solving complex challenges and building iconic brands.

CEO of Performance Beauty Group, JuE Wong, shares, “Having so many of the lash division brands under one President allows for a unified trajectory, vision, and standard for growth. The expansion of Sabeen’s portfolio was a natural choice. To have Sabeen leading the reins of Grande Cosmetics, alongside this new chapter for Alicia, will take the brand to new heights.”

These appointments signal aggressive growth for Grande Cosmetics and Performance Beauty Group's continued dominance in the lash and brow industry. Grande Cosmetics earned its reputation through the viral GrandeLASH-MD Lash Serum, which has cultivated a devoted following thanks to clinically proven lash enhancement results. Over 10 million bottles of GrandeLASH-MD have sold since launch, with one bottle purchased every 15 seconds. As a pioneer in the lash industry, Grande Cosmetics continues to innovate across the brow, lip, and lash categories under Mian and Grande's leadership.
