PitchBook Named Best Workplace for 11th Year by Puget Sound Business Journal

PitchBook, the premier data provider for the private and public equity markets, today announced it was recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces by Puget Sound Business Journal (PSBJ) in the Extra Large category, which includes companies with 250+ employees in Washington. Recipients are selected and ranked based on employee satisfaction surveys, which review benefit offerings, leadership, collaboration, growth opportunities, team dynamics and more. As a winner for the 11th year, PitchBook placed 7th on the 2025 list.

“Being named a best workplace by the PSBJ for the 11th year is a tremendous honor and a testament to our team’s investment in our people,” said Rod Diefendorf, president and COO at PitchBook. “We're committed to fostering an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. It’s our talented people who bring our culture to life every day and make PitchBook such a special place to work.”

The Best Workplaces award is determined by surveys that factor in 30 questions to gauge employees’ engagement and sentiments toward their employers across categories including career growth and development, workplace perks, and more. The survey is conducted by Quantum Workplace, American City Business Journals’ national research program partner. Winners were honored during a ceremony at T-Mobile Park on August 28th.
