American Business Bank Promotes Dole, Basirico to Executive Officers

American Business Bank (OTCQX: AMBZ) announces the promotion of Eric Dole and Chris Basirico to Executive Vice President, Corporate Banking.

Eric Dole joined American Business Bank in November of 2017 as First Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager. He was promoted to Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager in 2018, and again to Senior Vice President, Team Lead in 2022. Prior to joining ABB, Dole worked at California United Bank and First Enterprise Bank, acquiring 14 years of banking experience.

Chris Basirico joined American Business Bank in October of 2011 as First Vice President, SBA Manager. He was then promoted to Regional Vice President in April of 2016, then promoted to Regional Executive Vice President in April of 2018. Prior to joining ABB, Basirico worked at Community Bank, acquiring 20 years of banking experience.

After 24 years of dedicated service and two years as President, Philip Feghali will transition to the role of Executive Vice President, Director of Client Relationships, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance and support to the bank’s leadership team in a more focused capacity. Philip’s deep experience and long-standing relationships will remain an important part of the bank’s success.
