In this capacity, he oversees the production of contrast media, leading decision-making to identify risks and ensure manufacturing quality and compliance. His responsibilities include managing qualification activities, implementing new processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, he engages with sales representatives, manufacturing teams, technical operations personnel and contract manufacturing partners to maintain cohesive operations for product launches to process improvement initiatives.

Since joining Bracco in 2013, Mr. Cubbage has advanced through senior leadership roles, including director of quality operations from 2016 to 2021 and senior manager from 2013 to 2016. His earlier positions provided a strong foundation in quality assurance and manufacturing oversight. This included roles as quality assurance manager for external manufacturing at McNeil Consumer Healthcare from 2011 to 2013 and quality assurance manager for external operations at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Cubbage also gained extensive experience in the global biologics supply chain at Johnson & Johnson from 2002 to 2006 and Merck & Company from 1998 to 2002, where he supervised hepatitis A vaccine production.

In 2024, Mr. Cubbage expanded his professional reach by founding Ellie Mental Health Outpatient Clinic in Havertown, Pennsylvania. The decision stemmed from his challenge in finding a therapist for his daughter, despite having stable employment and health insurance. Recognizing a critical gap in mental health resources, he opened the clinic to provide accessible care for the community. The facility began with four therapists and has grown to 11, with plans to add staff and expand services. Mr. Cubbage considers his focus on mentoring and personal development one of his most rewarding career achievements. He has guided several professionals from management roles into director-level positions.

Mr. Cubbage holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology from West Chester University, earned in 1997. He attributes his success to diligence, a strong sense of purpose and the discipline developed through playing football in high school and college. The values of hard work and resilience instilled by his late parents continue to guide his approach to leadership and life.
