Little Star Foundation Focuses on Helping Children in Need

For close to 37 years now, the Little Star Foundation has focused on helping children who have been diagnosed with cancer. While Andrea Jaeger enjoyed a tremendously successful pro career, she took her tennis earnings and used them to fuel a new passion: helping children, families, and communities in need.

Throughout the years, numerous children and their families have benefited from Jaeger and the Little Star Foundation's support. While the Little Star Foundation, like other nonprofit programs, had its challenges during the pandemic, the foundation was able to stick to its mission of providing all of its services without charging families.

With the Little Star Foundation closing in on its 37th birthday, it is clear that it has set a shining example for others, including professional athletes, of how they can use their resources to make a positive impact on society. Andrea Jaeger and the Little Star Foundation have been invited to the White House by three separate administrations to be recognized for their work, and Jaeger has been the recipient of the Jackie Robinson Humanitarian Award in recognition of her service to others.
