Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 21, 2010, CVB Financial Corp. issued a press release setting forth its second quarter ending June 30, 2010 earnings. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished pursuant to this Item 2.02.
On July 22, 2010, CVB Financial Corp. issued a supplemental press release to provide additional financial information. There was no change to the information released on July 21, 2010. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is being furnished pursuant to this Item 2.02.
