Item 8.01    Other Events.

Attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto is a recast of Item 8. Financial Statements and Supplementary Data updating the information originally included in the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015, of Molson Coors Brewing Company (the "Company"). In connection with the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-3, which was filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on January 26, 2016, the Company is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to present updated supplemental guarantor financial information under Rule 3-10 of Regulation S-X. The updated presentation of the supplemental guarantor information reflects the supplemental indentures dated May 13, 2016, which release Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, our primary UK operating entity, Golden Acquisition and Molson Coors Holdings Limited as subsidiary guarantors of the Company's current and future debt securities, credit facilities and commercial paper program, which supplemental indentures are attached as Exhibit 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Further details regarding the recast presentation are set forth in Note 19 to the recast consolidated financial statements and is included in Exhibit 99.1. Other than the changes reflected in Note 19, no other revisions have been made to the consolidated financial statements previously included in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015.
