Item 7.01  Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 11, 2015, at NextEra Energy, Inc.’s 2015 Investor Conference in New York, New York, members of NextEra Energy Partners, LP's (NEP) management team plan to discuss, among other topics, NEP’s growth expectations, including reaffirmation of its previously disclosed adjusted EBITDA expectations (projected revenue plus the earnings impact from the amortization of convertible investment tax credits less fuel expense, project operating expenses, a portion of corporate general and administrative expenses, plus other income, less other deductions) of approximately $400 million to $440 million and $580 million to $620 million and cash available for distribution (CAFD) expectations of approximately $100 million to $120 million and $170 million to $190 million for the years ending December 31, 2015 and 2016, respectively. These results are expected to support a distribution level at an annualized rate of $1.13 per unit, assuming, among other things, normal weather and operating conditions, public policy support for wind and solar development and construction, market demand and transmission expansion support for wind and solar development and access to capital at reasonable cost and terms, before the end of 2015 or possibly slightly earlier. After 2015, NEP expects per unit distributions to grow about 12 to 15 percent per year for at least the next five years, assuming current market conditions. NEP's adjusted EBITDA and CAFD expectations should be viewed in conjunction with NEP's cautionary statements and risk factors set forth below.
