On January 11, 2019, Stericycle, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Ruth-Ellen Abdulmassih, Executive Vice President, Communications and Related Services, will be stepping down from her position effective as of January 31, 2019.  Ms. Abdulmassih will remain in an advisory role with the Company for a period of time, to assist with a smooth transition of her responsibilities.

 

Ms. Abdulmassih’s departure from the Company will not affect the Company’s previously announced process to pursue strategic alternatives for its non-core Communications and Related Services business.
