Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

On June 9, 2018, NV5 Global, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to consider and vote upon the following proposals: (1) to elect seven directors, each to serve until our next annual meeting and until their respective successors are elected and qualified, and (2) to ratify the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for our fiscal year ending December 29, 2018.

 

Set forth below are the final voting results for each proposal submitted to a vote of the stockholders at the Annual Meeting. For more information on the following proposals, see the set forth in the definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2018.

 

Proposal 1: Elect seven directors to hold office until our next annual meeting and until their respective successors are elected and qualified:
