    By joining forces with Pinnacle Foods, we will create a company with a portfolio of leading, iconic brands within existing domains and attractive categories such as frozen foods, snacks and health and wellness, creating enhanced scale and new opportunities to partner with customers to meet consumer demand.

 

    Suppliers will have the opportunity to benefit by working with a larger company with increased scale and a more diversified portfolio.

 

    Prior to the close of the transaction, which is expected by the end of calendar 2018, Conagra and Pinnacle will continue to operate as independent companies and it is business as usual.

    Not at this time.

 

    Prior to the close of the transaction, which is expected by the end of calendar 2018, Conagra and Pinnacle will continue to operate as independent companies and it is business as usual.
