(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of its concurrent offerings of 36,000,000 shares of its common stock at $74.00 per share, and 8,500,000 shares of its 4.50% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A, at $100.00 per share.
