Item 5.05 Amendments to the Registrant’s Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics

Amendments to Code of Business Conduct

On December 15, 2011, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Informatica Corporation (“Informatica”) approved amendments to Informatica’s Code of Business Conduct to make (i) clarifying changes with respect to conflicts of interest, (ii) other changes in connection with the adoption of an anti-corruption compliance policy and guidelines, and (iii) other non-substantive, technical or administrative amendments resulting from the Board’s annual review of the Code of Business Conduct.
