Resignation of Andrew D. Miller

On February 6, 2008, Andrew D. Miller announced his resignation as the Company’s Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, effective as of the second week of April 2008. Mr. Miller has accepted a position to become the chief financial officer of Cepheid, a public company in Sunnyvale, California. Following Mr. Miller’s resignation, Alfred J. Castino, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will also assume the responsibilities of Chief Accounting Officer.
