On December 16, 2003, Aerosonic Corporation issued a press release announcing, among other things, the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2003 and its revenue and net losses for such fiscal quarter and for the nine months ended October 31, 2003.
