Voluntary Disclosure of Other Events

On January 20, 2005, the Board of Directors of ONEOK, Inc. (the Board) authorized a stock buy back program to repurchase up to 7.5 million shares of our common stock currently issued and outstanding. The shares will be repurchased from time to time in open market transactions or through privately negotiated transactions at our discretion, subject to market conditions and other factors. The program will terminate after two years, unless extended by the Board.
