ITEM 2.02     RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On November 1, 2017, NIC Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its 2017 third quarter financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.

The Company will host a conference call, which will also be available by webcast, to discuss its third quarter financial results at 4:30 p.m. EDT on November 1, 2017.  The call may also include discussion of company developments, and forward-looking and other material information about business and financial matters.
