In order for the Company to complete the preparation and review of financial and narrative information for its quarter ended June 30, 2016, the Company requires additional time to file its Form 10-Q for such year.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2016, the Company had net sales of $14,150,000 and an estimated net loss of $83,000, compared to net sales of $13,621,000 and net income of $52,000 for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
