On April 5, 2012, American Realty Capital Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Moody’s Investor Service had upgraded the Company’s issuer rating to Ba2 with a stable outlook.

 

A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the rating upgrade is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
