      The Company estimates that it will report net sales of approximately
$8,603,000 for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2006, as compared to net
sales of $6,034,000 for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. The Company
estimates that it will report net income of approximately $317,000 for the
fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2006, compared to a net loss of $416,000 for
the quarter ended September 30, 2005.
