On September 28, 2016, Global Payments Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Company’s shareholders voted on and approved all four proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 18, 2016.
