In a press release dated March 19, 2010, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (the “Company”) announced the opening of its newest Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Christiana Mall in Newark, Delaware. The restaurant opened on March 18, 2010 and contains approximately 8,600 square feet and 250 seats.
