Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 4, 2006, PRIMEDIA Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006. The Company subsequently issued a corrected press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006 which corrected the multiple of net debt and preferred to Segment EBITDA, as set forth therein. A copy of the original press release and the corrected press release are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this report on Form 8-K.
