On January 15, 2019, American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (the “Company” or “AAM”) will present at the 2019 Wolfe Research Global Auto Industry Conference. The presentation to be used during the conference is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and includes, among other things, updated information regarding AAM’s estimated preliminary 2018 financial results, 2019 financial targets, new business backlog for 2019 - 2021 and recent business updates.
