(ONEOK Partners) announced it will participate in the Citi One-on-One Master Limited Partnership/Midstream Infrastructure Conference on Wednesday and Thursday, August 20-21, 2014, in Las Vegas, Nevada. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
