Saga of lawsuit seeking to hold George Floyd protesters responsible for Cincinnati riot damage comes to an end

In October of 2020, a downtown Cincinnati business filed a lawsuit against 90 people who had been arrested during the May protests over the police killing of unarmed Black man George Floyd. After three months and legal back-and-forth, that lawsuit has ended.
