Changemakers: Unity House

Unity House started in 1971 as a response to the basic problems of poverty in Troy: Trying to keep people fed and housed. As the organization has grown, it’s added a day care and shelter, as well as counseling, court advocacy and mental services. Chris Burke, the CEO of Unity House, says the pandemic has made that mission more critical than ever.
