As Covid-19 cases spike in certain NYC areas, Mayor de Blasio warns of potential for business shutdowns

Nine ZIP codes in Brooklyn and Queens are seeing a surge in coronavirus cases. Mayor Bill de Blasio said Tuesday the city will begin cracking down on mask enforcement — and he warned that a lack of progress could lead to business shutdowns.
