Delaware, Ohio, Maryland added to New York's travel quarantine list

"Our priority is to protect the progress we've made," Gov. Andrew Cuomo said during a press conference in New York City on Tuesday. "Look at clusters we've seen developing, many of them are from out-of-state visitors."
