THE Home inclusivity celebration

Los Angeles, Aug 9, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - On August 18th, 2020, THE Home invites U to join their first online inclusivity celebration #TogetherWeCan, where representatives of communities that are continuously left out will be able to speak out, share their stories, traditions and immersive experiences.

Diversity, equality, and inclusivity will be the pillar of this first edition, as hosts from different cultural groups and backgrounds will be invited to share their personal experiences and perspectives on nowadays challenges. For this first edition, representatives from the Indigenous, Black, Latino, and LGBT communities will speak up along with female leaders, people with disabilities / mental disorders, homeless, refugees, farmers, and essential workers.

"The core idea of this event is based on two simple ideas - voice and inclusion, where individuals can exercise their own right to speak freely", says Nika Sazonova, the founder of THE Home. "Our non-profit organization is centered on the same inclusive principles, providing everyone with a model of regenerative and permaculture practices".

#TogetherWeCan will be the springboard for THE Home's launch, as the organization will host in its generative farm residents from each community: 50% of people in need (low-income families, homeless), 30% of minorities (BIPOC, LGBT), and at least of 5% of people with disabilities.
