Chicago, Jul 8, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - A Chicago-area father triumphed in court on behalf of himself and one of his daughters, who were reportedly victims of domestic violence. The father was represented by the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd.
The father sought exclusive possession of his two little girls. It was reported that the mother was abusing one, and was physically violent with him in front of the kids. According to court documents, the cops were called to assist with an incident of alleged abuse by the mother.

The never-married father and mother live separately, and there's a court-ordered allocation of shared parenting time in place for their two daughters. But the alleged domestic violence, the firm contended, warranted a change in the parenting time order.
The Leving legal team put this case together - the domestic violence allegation and the assertion that the girls are happy and well-adjusted with dad and have expressed fear of the mother, recognizing that even a strong, well-prepared case is never a sure thing.
