Patricia Miesner has been honored as an Expert in Defense Information Systems by the International Association of Who's Who

Patricia Miesner of Laurel, Maryland, is recognized by the International Association of Who's Who as an Expert in Defense Information Systems.

LAUREL, MD, June 11, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Patricia Miesner is a highly regarded government professional who has amassed over four decades of government experience, which includes two decades of active service in the U.S. Air Force and the position of Chief, Customer and Management Support Branch. Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Miesner has shown exemplary teamwork, integrity, dedication and expertise, all have which have led to be held in extremely high regard.

Ms. Miesner currently upholds the position of Chief, Customer and Management Support Branch which includes a position of the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Governance at the United States Defense Information Systems Agency, considered America's oldest and largest government agency. Referencing the organizations website, their military can trace its roots right back to the pre-Revolutionary era, with the Department of Defense growing and evolving from this to now meet the needs of the modern nation.

Although possessing a wealth of experience and capabilities, her primary specialties include incident and problem process ownership, management, and deployment. She lists her secondary skills as request fulfillment, telecommunications, security, information assurance, process improvement, systems engineering, integration, troubleshooting, and national security.

As a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a natural desire to succeed, Ms. Miesner is known for her commitment to aim high, set ambitious goals and achieve personal excellence. In order to remain at the top of her game, Ms. Miesner is an active member of the National Association of Professional Women, where she was proudly inducted into their VIP Woman of the Year Circle.

Outside of work, Ms. Miesner is a regular volunteer for the National Kidney Foundation. To relax, she enjoys reading, cooking new recipes, visiting flea markets and spending time with a beloved family - comprising her four children and her twelve grandchildren.
