Inova LLC Restructures; Promotes New CEO and CFO from Within

Made-in-the-USA, multi-functional furniture manufacturer restructuring due to extreme growth

GUILDERLAND CENTER, NY, February 17, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Inova announced today that Guy Bucey, and Sarah Bucey, both of Inova, have been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. "The company is growing and the structure should recognize it," says Loren Sherman, founder, owner, and inventor of Inova products.

Guy, a decorated Marine, started at Inova 8 years ago, and has been Director of Operations for the past three. In addition, Guy is a Keynote Speaker for national woodworking organizations, promoting leadership within the workplace. "The Marine Corps teaches you to be leader. For me, it's always been to do the best job I can do and if so, then I'm doing the best for everyone around me, which has helped me to succeed and I took that same mentality and brought it here to Inova."

Over the past 4 1⁄2 years, Sarah has advanced from Materials Manager, to Financial Manager, and for the past two years, Director of Finance. "Sarah just had the right skill set to come and join us. I am very lucky to have two people with such great character who are really ready and invested in the company," says Sherman.

After a recent rapid growth period where the company more than doubled factory space twice in three years, starting from 18,000 sf to its current 77,000 sf, Guy's vision for Inova in the near future is not about continuing with the same pace in growth, rather "it's about stabilizing, letting the dust settle, but then continuing to grow." Manufacturing in the USA is a passion of both Buceys and Sherman. "We need to show that manufacturing in the U.S. is not just this dark gloomy dirty place. There is a ton of technology being used and almost every occupation is under this roof," states Guy.
