Virginia AG files Supreme Court brief opposing Dominion Atlantic Coast natgas pipe

Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring on Wednesday filed a brief in the Atlantic Coast natural gas pipeline case at the U.S. Supreme Court opposing construction of Dominion Energy Inc's $7.3-$7.8 billion project.
