KetonX Discontinued and Pruvit's Exclusive Patent Rights Confirmed

LOUISVILLE, KY, December 17, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Axcess Global Sciences, LLC, Pruvit Ventures, Inc., and ForeverGreen International, LLC are pleased to announce that they have entered into a global settlement of all disputes regarding the KetonX product. Through a mutual effort by all involved, the parties were able to resolve their differences on fair and equitable terms that will permit the parties to dismiss the pending litigation and focus their energy on their respective core businesses.

ForeverGreen acknowledges that the patents-in-suit – U.S. Patent No. 9,138,420 and U.S. Patent No. 9,675,577, each of which is titled "Compositions and Methods for Producing Elevated and Sustained Ketosis" – are valid and enforceable.

Pruvit retains the exclusive right to make and sell the patented ketogenic products in the direct-to-consumer multi-level marketing (MLM) channel of trade. Pruvit's exclusive right is pursuant to a license from the owner of the patents (University of South Florida Research Foundation) to Axcess Global Sciences and, in turn, an exclusive sublicense from Axcess Global Sciences to Pruvit.
