Trump says U.S. will use leverage of remaining China tariffs in phase two deal

The United States will leverage the remaining U.S. tariffs on Chinese imported goods as it seeks to negotiate a phase two trade deal with Beijing, U.S. President Donald Trump told reporters at the White House on Friday.
