Ken Gosnell, Vice President – Finance Strategy and Investor Relations, to Retire From Campbell

Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) announced today that Ken Gosnell, Vice President – Finance Strategy and Investor Relations, has informed the company of his decision to retire from Campbell.

Gosnell, 57, has led Campbell’s Investor Relations since June 2015. Gosnell joined Campbell in 2003 and has served as Senior Vice President, Finance, Pepperidge Farm. Prior to joining Pepperidge Farm, he worked in various financial leadership roles at Compaq Computer Corporation and PepsiCo.

The company will conduct a search for Gosnell’s successor. To ensure a smooth transition, Gosnell has agreed to stay in his role until a successor is in place.
