ZenSpace Announces New SmartPods and Event Venue Partner Program at IMEX America, September 10-12, 2019 at Sands Expo, Las Vegas

IMEX America is the largest meetings industry trade show in the U.S., bringing together around 3,500 suppliers and 4,000 qualified buyers to plan and book everything from high-level incentives to huge association conventions as well as to make important new contacts, strengthen existing relationships and seal critical deals. The latest ZenSpace SmartPod model contains a wide array of features making it state-of-the-art for use at events and in public spaces such as event venues. As always, ZenSpace provides a quiet, reservable meeting space for people looking to find a respite from a noisy setting to conduct their business…or just make a phone call. Key features include:
• Noise-reducing wall and insulation structure, with double-tempered, laminated glass.
• Environmental controls for LED lighting, air circulation and secure access locking system.
• Fully tech-enabled space, including WiFi, power and USB ports for charging, 32" HD video monitor with wireless casting available for presentations or conduct video calls, and Bose Bluetooth wireless speaker.
• Steel construction and chassis that ensures durability and stability, with retractable wheels to facilitate flexibility and movability.
• A revamped mobile and web application for reserving ZenSpace pods that will make for a more streamlined user experience.
