U.S. Treasury yields drop, stocks slide on weak factory data, tariffs

Benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury yields fell to their lowest level since July 2016 on Tuesday, and all three major U.S. stock indexes were in the red amid heightened trade worries and a contraction in U.S. factory production.
