Software maker PTC acknowledges 'headwinds' as shares drop

Shares of Boston-based PTC Inc. fell in after-hours trading after the company missed Wall Street's sales estimates for its fiscal third quarter 2019 and acknowledged what it called “meaningful headwinds” related to a changeover to a subscription-based business model.
